'Game of Thrones' The Mountain's diet is mind

Game of Thronesactor Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, who portrays kingsguard member Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane, shared his daily diet on Instagram, and it would make Michael Phelps queasy.

A disclaimer before revealing his food diary: Björnsson is 6'9", 419-pounds and has been named Iceland's strongest man for five years. He is eating this caloric diet in preparation for his sixth strongest man competition -- not just because he's a hungry dude.
